A perfect dip for crisp, fresh crudités such as asparagus, carrot, slices of capsicum in mixed colours and cucumber sticks. Turn it out of the tub to full advantage so the caramelised onion is on top of the lemon and cracked pepper sour cream base. Add a dollop of Caramelised Onion Swirl to bangers and mash, serve it on the side with a great steak or spread it on crusty bread and top with rare roast beef for an instant open sandwich. |
